General Considerations

•malignant mesenchymoma are rare with fibrous tissue component with ≥ 2 different varieties of sarcomas

•sites: lungs, thoracic wall, liver, spleen, kidney, digits, and soft tissues of limb

•slow growth and often appear very large

•metastasis has been reported
